I am using windows XP, SP2 and Internet Explorer 6,SP2.
If I use Mozilla Firefox it says its unable to connect.
When I want to compose an email, I get the page of attaching files. So practically I can not compose and send?
Try switching to plain text mode. That usually gets things running smoothly again.

Reply:Are you trying to send email through standalone software (like Outlook or Eudora) or through the web (like Yahoo or Hotmail)? What email interface are you using when you have this problem (it makes a difference on how to solve your problem)?
Reply:Once you picked the file you want to attach you original email will appear again. from there just finish typing the message then hit "send". It's simple.
