When composing an email I cannot get the font button, nor the size of the fonts button or the color of the font button to work at all. I have tried several times. Please help. The bottom of the screen states Error on Page.
When I try to compose email my fonts, colors, and size of font will not work at all?
If it says "Error on Page," then it's probably a temporary glitch. Therefore, in addition to trying it on a different computer, you might also try rebooting your computer after switching off your modem and turning it back on.
Reply:I still have the same problem. I can hit the 'bold' and 'underline' for mail but cannot change the font size or color. I get no error message either; it just seems to ignore the attempt to change the color and size of font. HELP!!!!!!! Report Abuse
