When attempting to compose an email, the page does not give a space for writing text. How can I fix this?

the last email I composed dissapeared when I attempted to send it and then the problem I described above happened. What can I do to fix this quickly?

When attempting to compose an email, the page does not give a space for writing text. How can I fix this?
I can鈥檛 compose, reply, or forward messages.


That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it!





Here's how:





1. Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page.


2. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences".


3. Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text".


4. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button.





Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward?

Reply:i dont know, but i have them same problem. its been like that since october. so if you can, as soon as you find something works, email me at b182stockholmsyndrome@yahoo.com.it lets me get mail, but not send. so contact me asap,please. i would really appreciate it.
