My email isnt working! When i try to compose an email it will only let me put the email and subjectnofilesetc?

I am not able to send any emails. I have been offline for approx. 6 weeks. What can i do to get my email working again. I can receive emails but just can't send them

You need to go to your internet providers website and find your outgoing mail SMTP. After you have it, open outlook, click tools, accounts, mail, properties, and servers and enter this info into the outgoing SMTP box. dont forget to click the apply tab.
