I have not space to type my message. What must I do after entering someone's email name and subject matter?
I try to compose an email but only hv space for 2 things; name of email to send to and subject matter. HELP?
Firstly try just typing the persons e-mail address and the subject and see if it will send. If it won't even send then you have a bigger problem than just trying to figure out the text field.
Try clearing your cookies and all of you history then re-boot your PC and see if this makes any difference.
Also it would help to know what e-mail it is you are using.
Reply:I don't know what company you have online access with but you should have a blank page below the space where you put the email name and the subject matter that lets you compose your message.
