it seems i am locked out of certain yahoo tasks. could it be my computer and not the service itself?

After that click on %26lt;Delete Files%26gt; and click on the check box next to "Delete all offline content" and click %26lt;OK%26gt;. Wait until the hour glass is up and click %26lt;OK%26gt;.
