Also, I have tried to change the settings to plain text, but my computer will not save. I have run virus scans, but no virus is comingup.
I can compose and send yahoo email, but can't reply and my draft emails are showing as blank. Help?
Which browser are you using? it may have to do with the browser,. If you are able to compose and send that means the net connection is wrking.
Try creating a dummy email address on yahoo and see if it saves your preferences for simple text/rich text or contact customer service http://search.cc.yahoo.com/search just do any search and on the next page there is a text area to the right put your questions and yahoo customer service will get back in touch wth u
