Dozens of people are posting this same question. Yahoo is struggling. Mail and Messenger are balky or non-working. Toolbars are disappearing. Don't change your settings.It is not your computer. Yahoo knows about the problem. They will fix it.
When I want to compose or forward and email, my contact address book will not come up. What can be the proble?
The old way doesn't seem to be working.
Try it this way In Yahoo:
After you click on Compose or Forward to open the Compose Page, click on TO and your address book will open on top of the page you are in.
Check the boxes (To, Cc or Bcc) next to those you wish to Forward to, go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected.
