How can i set my setting on email to compose color and graphics i only can compose now is plan text?

cant compose on color and graphics only on plain text how do i fixed it back so i can copose on color

How can i set my setting on email to compose color and graphics i only can compose now is plan text?
After selecting the "color and graphics" ,click save button on top left corner.


Then only, the changes will take place.
