I cannot insert address to my compose email?

hv click on compose, then click on 'To'. When address book pop up, checked the box next to the address I want then click on 'insert..' the address book close but chosen address did not appear in the 'To' box... same goes for the 'cc' %26amp; 'bcc' box...pls help!

That's the way it should work. Maybe something is preventing it. Too large a cache, a virus, etc.


Clean out your cache and try again. To clean out your cache:


1. Click on Tools -%26gt; Internet Options.


2. Under Temporary Internet Files, delete cookies and files.


3. Under History, click on "Clear Search History."


It takes a few minutes, so be patient. Click OK
