That happens to mine sometimes too, and I've never been able to figure it out, I just sign off and then on again and it fixes itself. Annoying huh?!
When i go to compose an email there is not box to put text, what's wrong,how do i fix it?
try refresh the page
if the problem still exists and u are using internet explorer as a browser , try using other browsers such as firefox
