Everytime my friend's mother try to compose an email, all the text shows up in cursive lettering. I checked everything out on hers and it says its set to the right things, however she can't even click on the tool bar to chage the font or type size, color anything. When I loged onto my computer, though, it all works on my yahoo account. Any ideas?

There is a way to change the font before you write the text.
