When I hit compose email, It sends me to the page but there is no area that allows me to compose anything. All I can do is enter the emails. How can I change this?
Why isn't there a box where I can compose email?
what you do is go to your in box on the top right hand corrner click on the link that says options and then in the middle cloum click on the link that says general prefrences and then the 3rd one down says composing emails change the dot from color and graphics to plain text and the save on the top or botton left hand corrner and that should work.
Reply:It's your web browser that isn't displaying it properly. You may want to try clearing the cache on your browser or (http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/error... ) or even switching to a new browser that's fully compatible with Yahoo! (the latest non-beta version of Internet Explorer or http://www.getfirefox.com/ )
The easiest way to get the box to show up, though, is by switching to plain text mode rather than composing messages with the toolbar. For instructions, please see http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/send/...

Reply:This is a weird problem ... the best way is to keep on trying ... still there is no use ... try changing to another browser .... or it might be an error which has occured
