Compose new email will not open for me. Sort of defeats the purpose of having a yahoo account.?

I can read new messages by clicking on the check mail, but can not compose new emails when I click on the new icon with the pencil.

Temporally Switch Back To Yahoo Classic Email





some users are having alot of strange problems with the all new mail


some problems are temporary


clean up your files and try again


or switch back until the problems are resolved


( it is easy to switch back and forth )





Click Yes To Go Back To Classic Email

The Below Options Will Clean Up Your Files And Make The Computer Much Faster





for Internet explorer at top of this page on the left in grey area


select tools


then internet options


then choose delete temporary files, cookies ,browser history etc


then another box will open - select delete all


Then close explorer then open again .At first pages will be slow once


and then will load fast after it loads 1 time.Also email etc you will have to sign in 1 time with password etc.


This will create new cookies.





Restart Computer After You Do All The Above

Delete Old Yahoo Messenger And Yahoo Tool Bar





click start bottom on the blue bar probably at bottom of your screen


then control panel


then add and remove programs


look for yahoo messenger and yahoo tool bar at the bottom of the list


choose remove
