When I try to compose an email msg I now have no box to type my msg. Am I infected by the worm pls?

I believe I may have received an email about the Yamannar worm but it was possibly deleted from my bulk in box along with a whole lot of spam.

I had this same problem a while ago. Here is the help page that helped me:





Q: I can鈥檛 compose, reply, or forward messages.





A: That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it!


Here's how:





Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page.


On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences".


Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text".


Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button.


Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward?





If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Contact Us' below, because we would like to resolve this and get your account working properly as quickly as possible.
