Attachment box only comes up when click to compose or reply to email?

there is no box at all to write a message or reply to a msg. the only thing that comes on is the attachment box. don't know what's going on, since I can't use Yahoo mail now to send or reply. I can receive emails OK and read them, just can't reply or compose.

Clear your browsers cashe.





In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.


On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.


Click Delete files, and then click Yes.


Click Close, and then click OK.
