All of a sudden, when I click the compose button, the screen comes up with everything except a text box. When looking to Yahoo for answers, I am told to switch to plain text, which does give me a text box in which to compose, but I would like to have the color and graphics box and tool bar. Can anyone explain the problem and advise me how to restore this feature? Thank-you.
I can no longer compose Yahoo email in color and graphics - does anyone know how to restore that feature?
GO TO OPTIONS , AND THEN TO GENERAL MAIL OPTIONS, AND THERE YOU CAN AGAIN SELECT YOUR MAIL APPEARANCE ETC. CHOOSE WHAT EVER YOU WANT BUT DON'T FORGET TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES ,OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE.
Reply:apparently you change the customization. Go back and change the customized colors to what you want them to be.
