How do I start writing in the body section of an email I am trying to compose.?
Hello -

I've only seen this happen a few times, and every time it has to do with the screen being the wrong size, or else the e-mail message window is so large that you have to scroll to the left or the right in order to view it.

Check the bottom of the e-mail body window. See a scroll bar? If so, then it might be showing you the extreme right of that window, and thereby not showing you the extreme left, where the cursor would show up.

What I would try, if I was working on your computer, is go to some web page with a lot of text, highlight everything, copy it, and then go to the body of your e-mail message. Click in the window. Even if you can't see the cursor, paste the data into the window. Anything show up? If it does, then you'll know you're able to type in there. If not, then we'd have to check out Outlook Express. Might be a problem going on there. Then I would make certain all Windows updates are in place.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
Reply:that happens to me sumtimes to. try clicking the body and if the flashing thing doesnt show, who cares, start typing and see if it works. it does the same thing on myspace.
