聽聽聽If you use the original Yahoo! mail you need to enable this in your Options. Click "Options" near the top right of your main Mail page then select "General Preferences." Scroll down to the "Composing E-mails" section and check the box in front of "Compose messages as color and graphics" then Save your changes. You should then see the toolbar whenever you are composing a message.
聽聽聽If you use the new Yahoo! Mail Beta just click the link which reads "Rich Text." It's in the "Compose" window after the "Subject:" box. The toolbar will then appear.
