My tool bar on my email compose page is gone.....how do I get it back?

The line is empty. Cannot select bold, font, etc.

My tool bar on my email compose page is gone.....how do I get it back?
In the menu at the top go to 'view' %26gt; 'toolbars' and ensure 'formatting is ticked.

Reply:From the mail screen over to the right click Options, then Mail Options. Scroll to and click General Preferences, then go to Composing Emails, mark the box, Composing messages as color and graphics, click Save at the top or bottom of page. That should return it. If it is already checked, uncheck it click save and recheck and save.
