I am using internet explorer
When composing an email I don't have the formating toolbar above the compose window. How do I open the toolbar
# Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page.
# On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences".
# Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as html".
# Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button.
Reply:type in yahoo toolbar and down load it.
